We have Solicitors who deal extensively in these areas. We provide a Will drafting service and can visit clients at home or in hospital if appropriate.

We deal with the administration of the estates of deceased persons and always endeavour to ensure that these are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have specific staff to deal with such matters and will always try to give an estimate of the time a particular administration is likely to take, and of the cost involved. Wherever possible legacies will be paid promptly and interim distributions made to residuary beneficiaries. All aspects of the estate will be dealt with and final Estate Accounts will be prepared.
