MAGISTRATES’ COURT

Our solicitors appear frequently in all local Magistrates Courts dealing with motoring and licensing matters. We provide advocacy ourselves in the Magistrates Court and arrange representation by Counsel in the higher Courts. We do not offer a legal aid service.
