Whatever the nature of the dispute that we are involved in we always try to pursue that dispute vigorously and in the interest of our client, and bring it to a satisfactory conclusion as soon as possible. We will explain the procedures involved and the timescale and be as clear about the cost as we can.

Consideration to the funding of your action will be given although we do not offer a legal aid service. Frequently we find that clients are insured against the cost of taking the action they wish to pursue. On other occasions no win no fee agreements are appropriate. We always endeavor to find a satisfactory solution to the funding of the action enabling our clients to proceed.
